We are absolutely thrilled that you're interested in making CSUSM your home during your time as a Cougar. We offer modern, all-inclusive, apartment and suite style housing where you can focus on your academics while building long-lasting relationships with fellow students.

We have multiple communities to choose from. Minimize your stress with included amenities.

This state of the art, suite style complex is home offers 7 floors of modern suite style living, phenomenal views of campus, and will host the San Marcos Experience residential learning community. Located next to the Campus Way Cafe, inside North City, North Commons is the perfect choice for CSUSM Cougars.

The QUAD offers modern, furnished apartments with stainless steel appliances plus flat screen TV's in each living room. It offers quad (four person occupancy), triple, double, deluxe double, single and deluxe single bed space options. Located in North City, directly adjacent to Campus Way Cafe

Furnished apartments including full kitchens and bathrooms. UVA offers triple, double, and single occupancy bed space options, along with single occupancy studios. Located just below campus across from The Sports Center

Amenities

Amentities are shared between all CSUSM Housing residents. Your apartment key will grant you access to spaces specific to your property.

Utilities include water, trash, gas, electricity, sewer, Internet and basic cable.

We have maintenance on-property Monday - Friday, along with on-call after hours for any emergencies.

Enjoy a safe environment with University Police Department support and safety patrols.

With our on-property Resident Directors and Resident Advisors, residents are supported as they transition to college life.

Our communities offer educational and community building activities and events held by the Resident Advisors (RA's).

Enjoy access to our cardio, cycling studio, fitness center, and more. Open to all residents.

Access to self-service machines included in your cost of housing. No need to carry quarters.

License agreements are specific to the student. Our residents are only responsible for their payment, not their roommate(s).

Communities have a mail and package system. Electronic package lockers are also available.
